Music connections quiz. Can you solve it?
I've come up with a music round for a quiz I'm doing in a few weeks, but think it may be too hard, so I want to see if anyone can guess it.
I play clips of twelve songs, and the punters have to guess the artists & titles. That's the easy bit. They also have to try & work out the connection between the songs for bonus points.
To get the connection, you just need to take one word or part of a word from each artist or title. To give you an idea of what sort of thing the answer might be, connections I've done in the past have included Fish, Mr Men, Rivers, Chocolate bars and Wedding anniversaries.
Here are the twelve songs, and I'm interested to know if you can work out the connection (it's a one word answer), and also whether you think the connection is too hard for most people to get...in which case I might have to go back to the drawing board.
