    Default 1982 nutty rules

    In 1982 only 2 teams never lost a game 1 was Italy the eventual winners. The other was England who only conceded 1 goal in the entire tournament.

    Yet never even made it to the semi-finals. Yet France did who we hammered 3-1 on the way Work that one out

    question is if scotland ever hosted the world cup I'd bet they'll still struggle to qualify
