    Default "Police station"

A couple of days ago I did something I've been meaning to do for a while. I drove up the road to visit & photograph a local "police station" which won't be around for much longer, and I thought I'd post a couple of pics here.

In this last pic, it's a shame they'd covered up the sign above the main entrance, the two notice boards behind the plants & the main sign behind the car, as it would have made a better photograph otherwise. I guess that's to try & keep the location as secret as possible.

Ok Rob you've lost me. Why take photos of a soon to be obsolete cop shop? Oh I get it Sun Hill.

On a slightly different note the sign in the foreground on the first picture City Electrical Factors. I spent 10 years off and on working for them

I'll let you off for not noticing the first time, as it WAS about 3.00 in the morning!

Probably wouldn't have noticed at 3 in the afternoon Rob. Did you work for CEF then?

    No Steve.

When I said small world, I meant that it's unlikely that I'd post a pic with boards advertising 2 or 3 different companies...and for a regular forum poster to have worked for one of them.

Wow! That's sooooooooooo good! I thought they used a real station.

They should make it into a museum - not knock it down.

I doubt whether they'll knock it down...it will probably just get sold off.

Filming ends next month...after a run of 26 years.
