Default Trussing adapters don't fit pole

    Hi there

A little problem i have, bought a pair of trussing adapters off eBay.
Problem is that both don't fit my lighting wind up stand poles.
Poles on the stands are 35mm.
The adapters have a 35mm Ø diameter base.

Would a metal or steel works be able to fit this problem by enlarging the adapters base to fit my lighting stands 35mm pole.
    I'm from the Merseyside area.

I really do need this adapters for a gig on sat June 5th.

Any ideas, help suggestion will be great.

    cheers Dave

From the piccie, take the stainless tube out of the box section, and the stand will fit in its place. Simples.

Drill rivet out, twist and remove tube, insert stand tube. I can't do DMX, but I can bash steel.

Yes starting my own mobile lighting business Providing professional lighting to wedding, djs who need a lighting rig, functions..
Across Merseyside, parts of the north west.

I Will setup, de-gig and operator the lighting though Martin LJ software. Also offer LED venue Uplighting.

Hope to have the business up and running by June 10th.
My 1st event for this business is on sat June 5th a 21st party; they want a nightclub style lighting rig.
So it important I get these adapters to fit my lighting stands.
I guess it was my mistake buying 35mm diameter base adapters where my lighting stand poles are 35mm.
