    Default Enforcing of contract.

I'm sure we all have a clause in our contracts that cover us for maliscious damage and/or theft of equipment while at the event.

Has anyone ever had anything damaged or stolen and actively sought out compensation from the client?. Have you ever had to take things further (i.e....small claims court)?.

Have you ever had to enforce any other aspect of your terms and conditions?

    Just curious...

had to enforce non payment part of my contract on Public house owners last year settled out of court in the end as they knew they were on a no win situation. Proving a county court judgement is a threat to all out there
