Default I heard a really good speaker last night

Last night we didnt get started while late. With it been a dinner and dance
and there was a diana ross tribute on in the bar

Could hear the speakers from the corridor. very crisp and very powerful.
they were Nexo PS15s on their own without subs.

I think ive found my next upgrade if i change from RCF. I really like my speakers though. But these were fantastic.

Must admit Nexo are the only speaker I've heard that would tempt me to upgrade, but by the time you factor in the controller for them, its quite a big jump!

Tbh... if theyre as powerful as that without the subs id be very interested to hear how they sound with the subs added. It wouldnt be for a long while (couple of years probably) if i did make an upgrade. Im happy with my current RCF system that sounded brilliant last night too when i cranked that up.

I know this is old, but......

I was at a synchronized swimming competition in Manchester this weekend (Daughter competing).

Rather impressed with the sound setup they had for the event.

Approx 15x PS10's over SB18 subs, powered by Nexo amps. I was rather impressed with the quality, (and the bass was impressive too).

Did a quick google when there, jaw dropped when I saw the price of one PS10, did not dare look at the price of the SB18's.

    One can dream.

My main DJ has this system and it sounds amazing. The only downside is lugging about all those amps. When you look at some of the line array type drain pipe options these days the technology has improved so much. I know its not quite the same quality, but a Evox 8 (for example) is miles better than anything at the same price in 2010.
