What do clients google for ??
When clients find you by googling (or any other search engine) what do they normally type in to find you ??
I would have imagined it would be 'venue/town DJ/Disco' (ie beamish disco). However closer monitoring has brought some interesting results which I hope to use for SEO.
Just trying to gain ideas for now.

I'm surprised at the number of people that find my website by searching under my actual name or variations of it, such as Rob James, Rob James DJ, Rob James Disco & Rob James Entertainment.
However, in terms of generic searches, the top three phrases used to find my website are mobile disco Surrey, mobile discos in Surrey and Surrey mobile disco.
Hope this helps.

Keywords
I have just looked at my Google Analytics report for the last 2 years.
Besides all the usual variations (i.e business name or town dj etc) here are some interesting ones from the top 500. I have listed the search position to help you gauge their relevance.
5. Top 100 Wedding Songs
16. Wedding Entertainment Edinburgh
43. Top 100 Disco Songs
54. DJ licence
70. Wedding Disco
71. Wedding Music Edinburgh
94. Produb licence
106. Monthly cd's for dj's
179. Compere Presenter
A lot of the search results included a specific wedding venue name. Other popular keywords included Wedding Singer, Ceilidh Band and Wedding Band - but they are quite unique to me.
The word "best" appears in a lot of searches.
All the best
