I cant see white working. I think changing the background is going to impact other aspects of the site regarding fonts etc...
I know "grey and pink" dont sound great but I liked it when I saw the first proof and havent changed my mind since.
Looking at a few different colour schemes at the mo.

I've always liked to have a bit of pink on it.
One of the venues I work at has a great pink and black colour sceme , website hotel signage etc, works great.

Actually looked into different colour schemes and I think the grey is the best choice to go with.
Will review the site week upon week however so may change at a later date.
I take it other than Rob nobody has had any issues with viewing any part of the site? It loads nice and quickly too?
