How do you filter your own visits to your website(s)?

I've put in my IP on a custom filter but my visits still are counted into the previous day's visits??

Any filter you add works from now on, not retrospectively.

If you are on a dynamic IP you won't be able to filter by IP. You can instead use a cookie to filter your own visits, see the bottom half of http://www.google.com/support/analyt...n&answer=55481
