...This will be the last one, I promise.

It's Sunday, so what are we all doing for lunch?

Dad's taking us out for a quick roast.

It's probably not healthy but I am used to it. Despite my size (5ft 11in and now just under 15 stone), I don't eat a lot. I've got used to it over the years.
They have a hog roast this evening and I know I will get offered some as I know the couple but I won't have any.

...Charlie...How many more times mate?......One 'R' please!!!!! It's GARY not GARRY.

I'm eating anything but Carbohydrates at the moment and lovin' it!

I've lost 2.5 stones in 7 weeks and have never been hungry in all that time. Loads of veg, berries, meat, fish, eggs, good oils and fats, nuts, cream, cheese... happy boy here!

Hopefully not in a hotel room full of your 'groupies' ???

Lunch today was pork steak coated in an apple & apricot stuffing, roast potatoes. parsnips, mashed sweet potato and a medley of florets (Cauliflower & Broccoli). Followed by Bakewell Tart & Clotted Cream.

    Yum !

Not even thought about eating yet today. I like to make any effort for sunday meals so might have to use the oven instead of the microwave
