    Just about to cook lamb steaks with a reduced garlic & port sauce, and going to do those mini-roasts (gnocci but roasted) - Saw Nigella do it in the week and thought that's worth a bash

    I cooked fresh Scallops last night in White wine. I then mixed houmous and horseradish which made an interesting sauce.

    Soaked the scallops in lemon and salt before serving.

    It was lovely!

    And so far....

    Toasted bacon butty ( that`s a sandwich )
    one piece of Lemon drizzel and a coffee at a countryfair.

    Tesco , for what was described as a steak and ale pie and chips , however I have a different name

    And at the moment a tomato and lettuce sarnie ( that`s a sandwich as well ).

    That will be all today , maybe some rice crispies to night
