Not being a working DJ would not/should not preclude anyone from offering sensible, helpful, accurate and safe advice. I don't think Max's problem was not being a DJ.

I'd like to see anyone disprove the logic I have used so far. I'm only using the criteria you specified. Once you move the goalposts, I'll retract my alleged slur on the worthy Vectis.

Max was a man of mystery.....

He knew gear far better than me (which I know isn't very difficult).

He had a hide as thick as a Rhino...the Forum needs characters!!If we all had the perfect set up and all did it the same way it would be a boring place to be.

At the moment the banter is good....I just don't like it when it slips into the personal mode....
