    Default My Postage Luck

Deltic bought something off me a while back but I couldn't send it due to the snow.

I arranged for Parcelforse 48 to come and pick it from my work for £11.99. They didn't show and re-arranged for Friday. I was having Friday off work so Dad had to pick it up from work and drop it off at Mums where I arranged for 'Parcel 2 to Go' too pick it up from Mum's as Parcelforce wouldn't let me change the collection address.

Yup - you guessed it. I received an email Friday morning explaining they would come Saturday but no show. I've had to cancel 'Parcel 2 Go' and Dad's took it directly to DHL's office where they charged him £27.00

Haven't received any moneys back from 'Parcel 2 Go' or 'Parcelforce'

    Doubt I will.

Charlie, lodge a complaint with Parcel2go....and for info, it wouldnt be them that actually pick you parcel up as they are a middleman.

If you complain you can get a refund as i have done so in the past.

Deltic tells me the item hasn't arrived...I track it to find out they have sent it to the wrong place! A person called E wilson has signed for it.

    I want to cry.

Sorry to here that Charlie, but how did that happen did you supply the correct postal address and postcode also the correct name & phone number to DHL also was it insured.
What do DHL have to say about it.

Not that it is of much use to you now ,but i send out between 200/300 parcels every year and always use Interparcel very good so far.

Parcel2go are no good. 3 days on the trot they let me down a few months ago and when they eventually did pick up the parcel, it got damaged in transit. I will go straight to DHL next time and cut parcel2go out of the loop.

Parcelforce have given me a full refund! - £11.99

I wonder if I will get my £8.70 back from Parcel2Go.

Anything I can do if they don't hand of the dosh?
