    Peter: I think what Charlie is trying to say is that, since earcandy have now stated that they do not require DJs to have beat-matching abilities (despite what they posted), and they haven't yet answered the questions earlier in this thread, that maybe they did not mean 'young' (or full-time) either

    Once I had been on their site and saw the bands they have on their books I thought the 'young beat matching' criteria was probably not set in stone (and further comments have confirmed this). So I thought it was worth getting in touch with them, so far have been replied to in a timely and professional manner.
