To be serious, and pedantic though, is what you are referring to "repeat" business? I'd have said it was "referral" or "word of mouth", in that it isn't the same customer rebooking. .

Although I get many 'referrals' (recommendations) with children's & teen parties (they seem to have loads)...I still need to wean myself in with oldies.

The only downside I have is the feedback 'letters'. You can tell they was made in a image software. Surely the real letters would come across better, to stop potentional clients suspecting anything?
