Indeed, but noris has just laid out for an MEP, not everyone has unlimited funds & it may be a case of fitting it into an existing case alongside the MEP. In which case we'll need to know the maximum size it can be before suggesting whatever.

Spoilsport. I seem to remember the MEP isn't exactly tiny, either, so space may indeed be at a premium.

    Thanks everyone for the help

Yes i have the mep as everyone knows its not cheap so i can’t now go and get a mixer for 1k as i still would like to get some speakers

I already have a mixer which has 2 xlr for mics but it’s not that new so it doesn't have a corssfader on it

I say around £250 but could go to £400 but that would be tops again £400 new could be worth around £600 used off ebay so i should be able to get something pretty good for that

I want the two xlrs for karaoke yes i guess you could use jack but not as good all my leads are xlr

    Thanks for everyones help

Well if you want a mixer for karaoke, you really are best served getting a "live" mixer, with effects, rather than a DJ mixer.
This may blow your budget out of the water, but ideally you'd want something like a Denon x-500 with a Behringer FX type as well, for karaoke.

A single quality mixer, with effects, suited to your needs ? Tricky.

    Thanks for that

Karaoke is not goin to be the main thing but if someone wants to sing it would be nice if it had a few effects

how about getting a dj mixer and puttin an effects unit up to it which i already have what do you think to that
