Is it that you see the "New Posts" link and when you click it nothing happens or can you not see the link at all?
If it's the first when your logged into the forum but are idle make sure your idle on the "who's online" page. (Quick Links > Who's online)
If it's the latter...use Google Chrome
Uh-oh ... Micro$haft have had the turd polishers in again
Expect to find that half the sites you visit will start misbehaving as all the workarounds and shims for the badly-behaved IE8 and IE7 start tripping up the "standards based" IE9
