Martin does it included in his fee (which isn't unreasonable considering the amount of help/advice/out of hours support/help you get)
Why have I, Neil, CW Entertainment's, Steve, Martin had so much work from his sites then? 
It's certainly a sound investment for any serious business. Your website is your shop window.
