    But then we dont publish our email address so all new enquiries are on quote request forms---I got tired of all those email giving virtually no useful info.

    Had a letter from a client only yesterday. She was sending me some photographs on a stick. The letter started with "Hey". She is younger, the photo's are for a school prom.
