Music Junkee, Sheffield.
Just though I'd give people in the South Yorkshire a region a bit of a warning about Music Junkee, Sheffield: I'd seriously advise you Avoid them!!
I bought some new radio mics from them which were faulty. Unfortunately, Music Junkee don't give refunds even though they are more or less obliged to do so under UK consumer law. The owner is very unhelpful (and is very brave on the 'phone but doesn't want to talk face to face) and thinks that a retail transaction is conducted between a customer and a supplier. The retailer has no responsibilities!
OK, they are going to send the item off for repair but in this case, that will take 6 weeks!! hardly seems fair when you've parted with your hard earned cash!!
There are certainly much better retailers around who deserve patronage!

Does that not depend on how long you have had them? I thought they could replace or repair depending on timescale?

Not definitively, hence I've not directly answered the OP
In essence, it comes down to the terms dictated by the supplier. In consumer law, the supplier CANNOT discharge certain liabilities, but in B2B transactions they CAN.
So the OP needs to refer to those Ts & Cs and take advice, IMHO.
