Default Now can you answer this..What weight is..

Trying to ship a empty flightcase for london and need a weight for the courier as the guy thats sold it has no clue.. Required in KG..Thanks

DJ Workstation 16u Rackmount Twin Table Flight Case

Similar to the following link -

    http://www.flightcasewarehouse.co.uk...2-3978#reviews

Even if someone could tell me what a similar 16u one would weigh without the table attachment I would guess the rest..

    My guess would be 35KG

Not a great plan ... I've fallen foul of this for the sake of 200g on a 10Kg parcel and been hit with a surcharge.

I'm pretty sure that for health & safety reasons anything over ?30Kg? is designated a 2-man lift, hence requires special handling, which is the reason why the majority of mainstream couriers limit collections to this amount.

    Tread carefully...

I had the figure as 25Kg, but I'm only splitting hairs, not disputing principles.

By pure coincidence, this has just landed in my in tray:- Oversized Parcel? Book Low-Cost Large & Heavy Parcel Services... http://myparceldeliverycom.createsen...7FD2F38AC4859C

I've used myParcelDelivery.com for deliveries in the past, which is why I get their advertising emails.
