    Default Vanished?

    Hi all,

    Checked my stats for the day and a MASSIVE drop.

    Done a few Google searches and my site doesnt appear unless I type the site name in with the keywords??!

    Google checked ym sitemap yesterday, no issues, webmaster tools is saying everthing is fine with crawling etc?

    Anyone know what could have gone wrong and how to solve it?
    Nathan.

    The very same thing happened to me last year. Waited about 6 weeks and miraculously it reappeared.

    Sorry don't know why

    Looks fine to me, but I am no expert.

    Two things stand out.

    the title: <title>G&amp;J Roadshow - Mobile Disco covering Sheppey, Sittingbourne and More</title>

    For example - you have not got DJ in there and put "and more" which is a waste of two words IMO.
    Also there is not allot of interactive content, just text although the facebook links are good.

    Not sure if the free stat thing would be frowned upon. possibly google analytics would be more beneficial.

    <script type="text/javascript"
    src="http://www.statcounter.com/counter/counter.js"></script><noscript><div
    class="statcounter"><a title="free web stats"
    href="http://www.statcounter.com/" target="_blank"><img
    class="statcounter"
    src="http://c.statcounter.com/4934954/0/33a1c16b/1/"
    alt="free web stats" ></a></div></noscript>
    <!-- End of StatCounter Code -->

    I would invest in some adwords, google maps page and look at what your competitors are doing
    as you may now have more competition to what you did have.
    Is the site cashed with google?

    Sure there is something very obvious that is or should not be there.
