    I think Darren means email not the forum?

    I did consider this but I'm sure plenty of people strongly suggested otherwise and most people have them turned off?

    Its the default setting in Outlook.

    Another problem with pictures in emails is that there are so many ways that people access email. Dedicated client like Outlook, Webmail, PC's, smart Phone, Tablets. they display differently in all of them.

    I have just been looking at marketing email for my boss to send out and discovered that its a real minefield. Services like Yahoo and Gmail will strip out any stylesheets used to create an email meaning that it just looks pants.

    Personally I prefer email as plain text. It just works !!!!

    You honestly thought that I wouldn't know how to do that on my own forum?

    There is a forum that I have been tech admin on for the last 4 years and have made all sorts of custom mods to the forum software code, but only a few weeks ago discovered something I didnt know I could do...... then again, I never did read the manual

    To be truthful images in email sigs just get lost. I know I have to tell my mail client to view them. A simple nice formatted text footer looks far nicer.

    I wasn't asking for opinions on what they look like, thanks anyway.

    Well.......

    In answer to your original question......

    Outlook -> Tools -> Options -> Mail Format -> Signatures -> New -> Add text & Picture -> Save

    On the right pick your email account and what signature you want.
