Updating T&C's - Inform all clients?
Quick question about T&C's.
I'm about to add a paragraph in to my T&C's re dancefloor bookings.
Once this is updated do I need to email the new T&C's to existing dancefloor bookings to get them to resign new T&C's or will it be covered by the T&C's on the website stating:
"We reserve the right to alter any or all of the above at any time. E & OE."
Just wondering

Not quite sure if you can get an existing customer who's already signed a contract agreeing to your old T&Cs to agree to sign a new one. You may have to bite the bullet on that one.
Especially if you're moving the goalposts to suite you and not your client

I have to

I'd also agree that your on a "sticky wicket" expecting existing, signed customers to accept.
Also, the wording of the proposed change suggests, you can change anything within the T&C's at any point! So why would anyone sign?
Steve.
