Comes with shelf and I shall also throw in an Ultimax extra strong carry bag. Another forum member made me a custom rail to hang my NJD starcloth on so it would look more like a booth, I shall also throw the rail in (the starcloth is also for sale at £90). Here is a picture of the stand, rail and one section of the 1.5m truss:
