    ok up date time 13 days on.And still not been told by music guard if they will payout or if i can hire gear so i can work.Now being asked still questions like the police crime number is not right.

    You would expect a quicker response since they know that this is your livelihood, and the fact that people are relying on you for very important events in their lives!

    Ok Update Time
    Music Guard Will REPLACE what was stolen by There Suppler.No idea how long its going take.Been told that i can hire but only to the amount of £120 total so that would cover one weeks hire i am now starting weekend number 3 so hiring not much use.

    ...but they haven't given you ANY idea of how long they are going to take to get you the replacements????????????? That's not good!

    Still, at least they aren't disputing the claim per se

    I think 3 weeks is terrible.
