yes, we've spent about 500 quid on client gifts this year.
I send a card to my regular venues as a thank you and that's it really. It's the thought that counts eh.
We drop off a big box of celebrations at ours - that way the booker can either take them home or share them with everyone else.

This year the companies and venues that recommend us have received £50.00 Vouchers to the Birmingham Hippodrome.
I'd have to question why? Unless you have a bit of a personal 'bond' with them, then I don't see why you would do that.
If it's handwritten and addressed specifically to you, yes.
My accountant sends a card every year with the address printed on the envelope, and simply 'Keith' written inside the card. I don't want to sound ungrateful, but I'd rather he didn't send anything at all than do that. I wouldn't be surprised if he got someone to do them for him.
all clients get a christmas card, venues that reccomend get offered a staff do at reduced rate.
