    Peavey IPRs for me too
Great sound ( even gives my old Chevins a run and they were over a grand each!)
lightweight! , Great Limiters and built in crossovers
    AND FIVE YEARS WARRANTY!!!!
oh yes and also Behringers are pants! with little or no aftersales service!
Ive 3 IPR1600s and rather like them.

BY THE WAY 3.2 KGS OR 16.6 KGS think or your back...

Happy Xmas to all from DAVESOUNDS!

    Cool

I have the GX5 which has oodles of power and not too heavy either.
Looking to add a GX7 in the future which is lighter still with 1000 watts a side @ 4ohm... and did I forget to mention they are QSC!

    Slightly off topic...................

Soon I will be looking for a replacement for my trusty old berry EP2500 , nothing wrong with it , apart from the weight , so I was looking at the Peavy IPR 3000 , any thoughts , this would be used for subs only.

Then my suggestion may not be a winner. Before I purchased my replacement amps, ( a PV2600 and a Studiomaster 3500 ) I looked long and hard at the Peavey PVI 3000. It's not fitted with crossovers, and neither is it a full lightweight, for it weighs in at 17.5 Kilos. It is however, around £200 cheaper, which may make it wortky of consideration.

And the first thing that strikes you on picking up a PV2600, is that it's ing heavy!!
