I have changed the width of the column now so that should have fixed the quote form.

It's now fine on Firefox, Chrome and Safari, but still broken on IE8.

Im not sure what i can do about the gallery?

Depending on the terms of the download and since you've removed the credits in the footer they may be unwilliling to help...
