    Default Question ...

Is it ok to advertise disco related items here on behalf of a friend.

He has a few things to sell, Pioneer Decks and Mixer, W-Audio speakers and some LED lights. All good stuff with not that much used <15 gigs.

How would this work? Would they deal with me or him.

If you are selling it on behalf of another then the buyer will have to deal solely with you throughout the transaction. And in turn you will be held solely responsible for the transaction. If it's a close friend and you trust him implicitly then feel free, but you will be ultimately responsible for a clean sale.

Why not just ask your friend to register on the forum and sell the items himself?

... or spend a pound a month to become a supporter and bypass the selling restrictions.

I think most of the members that have bought and sold things via this forum will agree that the For Sale section is a great resource. £1 a month seems like a bargain to be able to join up and sell to your target market straight away.

Especially to avoid paypals fees from selling on eBay.

The sales are often alot quicker as well. I put an SM58 up a while ago in the Sale thread and Paul snapped it up in minutes

Would you like me to un-delete that 'For Sale' thread from a few days ago for you?
