    Default Anyone here use a Gigaport ?

    Am thinking of getting the GIGAPORT HD / HIGH QUALITY 24-BIT USB sound card - anyone here got any personal experience of it please?

    Looking for a great external 24-bit usb sound card, so any ideas on that?

    Yep, used them - excellent sound.

    You'll possibly experience processor spikes on windows Vista and XP. Nothing to worry about but it's a very visible use of system resources.

    I have used one for about 6 years, never had a problem and I think the sound is very good.

    A bit late on this - so apologies.

    Gigaport works well and the sound quality is good.

    Seeing that you guys also use a Gigaport, and the sound is very good, but it is not eliminating the humm from the laptop. Any suggestions?
