    Default Young Farmers Music

I've got a wedding next week on a farm and I'm told that a lot of young farmers will be there.

I know some of you do these sort of parties and I was just wondering whether there are any must play tracks for the 'young farmers' as I know they have their own social scene.

The only tune that has been mentioned that they might ask for is Nelly the Elephant.

Any others that I should have?

(obviously Combine Harvester will be avoided lol )

When I used to work at a hotel, we had a few young farmer balls, and they seem no different to a normal crowd, will dance to most stuff, once you can get them away from the bar that is! lol

I do loads of Young farmers parties. I find them the easiest ones to do. They usually spend the first half of the night getting plastered then the rest of the night dancing to anything they can chant to. 80s rock always goes down well.

I did one a few years ago they asked for combine harvester, so i played it and they loved it, so bearing that in mind, you can always play the jcb song, make sure you cue it up where the beat starts though.

I always play Hi Ho Siver Lining - Jeff Beck as it was always the YF anthem here in Norfolk/Suffolk where I have done dozens of discos for them in the past but none in the future....ha ha. They be a'comin'.
