£1200 pah!! - Warning, a big head moment.

Firstly, I will apologise for – talking about money, bragging and being cocky – all in the same thread.

This week has been an amazing week for confirmed bookings for me (and it’s only Wednesday) – So far I have over £5k worth of bookings including one tonight for a wedding where my charge is in excess of £2k AND only using me and my services. What makes it even better was the bride actually offered MORE as it is going to be such a long day.

I know compared to some of the big guys out there this is ‘normal’ but I am really pleased with myself especially as 3 years ago I was stuck in the £150 a disco rut. I never believe I am brilliant but now have the confidence and belief in myself which is starting to show. I know the whole country is suffering but in the North East we are having a pretty rough time of things, but hopefully goes to show that these challenging times can be overcome. I don’t want to sound big headed or anything and people who know me know how modest I am especially when it comes to my own ability and skills, so thought I rightfully deserve a ‘show off moment’.

My fees are going to be taking quite a substantial hike next year which I have no fear about, my challenge now is to get booking like I have had this week on a more regular basis.

Not really , its entertainment all day from 8am till 1am though to give an idea of the task in hand.

Well done that man I think it is just having the confidence to believe in yourself and the type of service you provide. Over the last year or so I have invested in good quality equipment and will continue to do so. Hopefully this will allow me to confidently increase my prices.
