There were a handful of rigs which sounded very good first time round, yours, the Logic rig ( to my ears ), the W Audio, and the Vertus spring to mind. There were also a handful where they obviously weren't set up correctly, and because of the collective wisdom available, most of them were transformed with staggering results. One of the best features of the event is the atmosphere, there's no trying to outdo each other, just a wish to compare and contrast equipment, and share knowledge. Each time I've seen rigs with obvious problems, and folk will pile in and help to improve them.
I think the function was a victim of its own success. Twenty two rigs was undoubtedly too many to fit into the timescale. On the plus side, as mentioned earlier, all the rigs displayed were more than acceptable for their purpose, although some are more specialised than others. The variety of offerings was excellent this year, even before we'd got to the "pick'n'mix"
