logo design help

I know its a bit much to ask but could do with some help in the design of a logo, i am not very artistic and i intend to use it on my web site, van graphics and work clothing, so need it to be good (better than i can come up with).

In the hope someone on the forum may be able to help - i have attached my feeble effort for reference.


i like the style of lettering and the colour purple

If you're interested I do quite a bit of design, everything on my website if designed by me - and I've attached my new logo as an example.
Just designing my van graphics the other day so it's all pretty fresh!

been fiddling with publisher, i want a generic logo, that i can use for my van signage, clothing, business cards, posters etc, hence no other info attached - whats your thoughts?
