Wycombe Swan the oak rooms

Hi eveyone, hop you are all well.
Has anyone done a gig at the Oak rooms at the Wycombe Swan Theatre in High Wycombe. Its on the first floor with a lift but i just wondered what the parking and acces is like, some of these quirky old buildings can be a nightmare.

I have contacted the client and pulled out of this gig.
I was told by the venue that there is no parking on site, i would have to unload and the move the van. There is carpark down the road but my van is to high to go in there.
The only other place i could park would be in the hight street. No thanks

Just thought that i would give you the heads up.
