Just thought since it's miserable outside we could think of better days and sunnier climes.

What you lads up to for your jolles?

I had an amazing fortnight in Cancun last year and wanted to go back but my self brother has only gone and decided to get married in the middle of July so I couldn't get any dates to fit around it due to work.

So I decided that I'm going to run with the bulls in Pamplona and me and the Mrs (who isn't running but assured me she'll provide moral support from the sidelines) are off in early July on a studenty backpackery bus thing to it. Probably not going to be the most relaxing holiday but it looks like a lot of fun and providing I don't have any bull related injuries, it should be an amazing experience.

I'm pretty sure the big jam band I play in are doing the Wickerman festival too at the end of the month so that's every weekend in July off the books for me. Should maybe have planned a bit better.

What about you lads?

Never somewhere I've been.

I almost booked a couple of days to Amsterdam for August when I'd had a few beers at the weekend too. Went with the missus and a bunch of mates between Christmas and New Year and I think (after 4 previous attempts) I managed to find my optimal operating mode for handling Amsterdam so I'm eager to go back and research my findings further

Indeed I have - love the fact that takeaway food over there is Beef Stroganoff - very welcome at the end of a night out
