Hi Guys
I was wondering if anyone could give me some advise, I would like to source some sample documentation for DJing as I have never contracted or issued booking forms in the past.
I would happily pay for copies that I can edit to suit my own needs or if anyone can tell me where do buy some of these it would be really appreciated.

In your T&Cs 2nd paragraph contains this sentence. 'Cheque payments to be received 14 days prior to booking' surely that should read, Cheque payments to be received 14 days prior to performance. ''
