    Default Traktor Hot Wired?

Just got an email from Traktor regarding this "new" DJ Cable ...

    http://www.native-instruments.com/en...ktor-dj-cable/

£17 for a 3.5 stereo jack splitter are they off their trolleys!?

I bought one of these for a quid including postage like 5 years ago so I could do exactly the same thing on my laptop before I bought all my proper DJ equipment.
Admittedly I didn't have all the fancy traktor software to allow only cued up songs but I'd like to see if a 99p jobbie from ebay does the same thing.

I don't think this is just a jack splitter, it appears as though you have the playout track on one and the cued track on the other.

That's to do with the software end of things.

Cued track will be sent through what would be the left channel on a jack splitter and playout on the right.
If the cable allows dual stereo outputs then I'll take it all back but I reckon it's just 2 mono outputs same as a splitter.

In that case it's definitely a rip off
