I have 4 Acme LED panels can this controller make them flash individually when on pre programed sound to light chase, the controller I have at the moment is a very cheap one and all the panels do the same thing together, bit boring really.

Andy's absolutely bang on with his comments. I can't recommend the Ryger highly enough. It can run par cans, panels and all sorts of similar lights.

The LEDJ Lil' Mix is similar to what you have in that it controls the bank of LED lighting, but you cannot control the individual items. To do this you need to have a controller that you can have different settings to each set of fixtures. If I understand what you want to do correctly, it looks like this one would do the job for you :

It is undoubtedly capable, but I think it would require programming to do what the OP wants. The Ryger has many programmes built in already. If I only wanted to control cans/panels, I'd go for the Ryger every time. Scanners, Barrels, Moving Heads and the like, the Transcension is the answer.

Just to clarify the light and easy is designed for RGB LED 4 channel fixtures such as par cans, bars and panels. It is not designed for DMX effect lighting such as scanners, moving heads etc.

I stand corrected. I have committed the cardinal sin of glancing at the piccies of the unit, and asuming it was just a standard DMX controller. The unit is exactly suitable for what the OP required.Sorry.


I'd still have the Ryger though.

I should have listened to Andy & Peter I ordered the Transcension yesterday but it's been nagging away at me all day today so I've just ordered the Ryger as well, guess I'll find a use for the Transcension as well at some point
