Update on Tims Court case (for those not on facebook!
Monday was a very long and exhausting day, but we finally have a result in some form.
The Judge was taking no mucking around from defendants QC, and after a long day he finally changed his plea to guilty on a slightly lesser charge.
This charge carrys the same prison sentence, so not too bad I suppose.
Now just gotta wait till 25th March for the actual sentencing - but he has been warned, that he will be facing a prison sentence and a long ban.
Still wont bring our son back, but at least he wont walk with a suspended sentence as many seem to these days.
The judge spoke to us directly in the court and was compasionate and understanding.
When we got home Monday evening we just collapsed thru exustion and the stress and all tho I really wanted a trail ( our team were ready and confident in winning one). In a way I dont think i could have taken the stress of a weeks trial.
I need some time to recover and will be gradually phasaing back in Mags4Nabd in the next week or so.

Stephen, I honestly can't image how much toll this has (and still is) taking on you and your whole family. As always, my thoughts are with you and your family. I hope the full force of justice is served, and you and your family can hopefully gain a little closure, and begin to look forward with the wonderful memories you'll always have of Tim.
Take care buddy. Let us know the outcome.
