Hi folks. I've just had this sms message:

Hi its david u r doing a disco tomorrow at 2pm for daughter tegan at Ludworth community center. Iam just texting to conferm everything is ok.

Well, folks. Everything is not ok! Because I've not got a booking in for tomorrow. In fact, I wouldn't have taken a booking on a Saturday daytime as I have my children until 5pm. So, is this you? Are you DJing Tegan's party tomorrow at Ludworth Community Centre? If so, give David a ring to reassure him! I've tried ringing him but all I get is his voicemail so I've left a message (if he gets it!).

How odd, I wonder how he got your number and thinks he has booked you?

Hope it all turns out good and its just a mistake on his part and he is not left without a disco for his daughters party

It is quite odd. I did once do a kids party at that venue a few years ago and it went down really well but I've had no bookings, or even enquiries, there since.

This is the reason I do everything by contract and deposit now. I hope it works out ok for them tomorrow for the girl's sake.
