Newbie introduction

Hi everyone just popped in here to introduce myself. Im Gary (grc) & im just starting the set up of a small entertainment business of my own.

I have a small rig at the moment used purely for private functions consisting of Yamaha DXR15's. 1 x Alto TS18 sub (im about to buy a pair of new subs), I also have the normal cdj's 1210's etc. Im bored to hell with my work life & im looking to give it all up for part time work with a mobile disco etc..which hopefully I can actually enjoy whilst earning a few bucks along the way.

Im starting to build the business now so ive joined this forum to make friends & speak with like minded people & keep up to date with whats happening in the industry, share news, learn about industry events..that sort of stuff, & generally chat to people who actually work day in day out in the industry.

Thats me....I look forward to making a few friends here & hope very much this can be a great place for regular visits.

As a new forum member myself, in a not dissimilar position, I can vouch that the DJs on here are a very friendly and helpful bunch. There's very little that you will need to know about the mobile disco game that you won't be able to get advice about on here. You only have to check out some of the lengthy threads I've started on the various forums for evidence of that.
