New Website needed.... recommendations required

I need a new website.

Can anyone recommend some providers?

I don't wish to build it myself.... but I'd like to take over the modifications of it when done.

My current host has told me that he is decommissioning all the sites because the format is 20 years old and no-longer a viable business.
