Had the same dilemma a while back when mine gave up. Couldn't get one from KAM so went with the AC 150 from Arriba https://www.djkit.com/arriba-cases/a...g.html?cat=277

Take the innards out of the KAM case (screwed in) put them in this and you can also fit in the tripod, foot pedal & cables. Job's a good 'un!

The zips broke on mine, so I just use bungy straps round the outside.

Absolutely nothing at all has broken on the case for my cut price, cosmetically challenged Teutonic offering, so I'm sorry, I have no helpful experience to relate concerning replacements or repairs.
Excalibur. Older than the average DJ.

The zip on my Teutonic supplied tri led par bar case broke after about 2 years of use, a quick email and photo of the offending zip resulted in them sending me a brand new case FOC.
Same thing happened with the tripod and tripod case too, Thank you Herr Thomann for the super service.

Hey 2Groove, just want to say thanks for the tip about using Terralec for padded bags. Mine came today for my light stuff & they're gonna make a vast difference. 2 scanners go in one, the hazer, laser & moonflower thingy go in the other.. and all the DMX cables. The 2 bags came to less than £40 too. Now it'll be 2 less trips to the car
