I'm not aware of any software that does both things. For music try Mixxx. It's free and very good!
The New version of http://www.ultramixer.com/ is great (I use 4.1) not sure about DMX. but it dose support http://www.madrix.com/, however apart from a basic manual controller for first dances (Abstract XP5 pro), STL is fine for me.

I use Mixxx too. It's been 99.9% trouble free for me. I wish the current version had more effects, but performance wise I really can't fault it. It's virtually bombproof
I got Serato with my controller, and even trying it at home I've had it totally lock up with me needing to reboot my laptop loads of times.
I tried Virtual DJ & PCDJ too - I couldn't get away with either of them.
Virtual DJ is a steady, reliable and professional piece of software, that has hundreds of features, including space to create lists and make your own folders - I put the pre-requests in to a separate folder so each event has their own folder. I can then work from that and just fill in where needed.
As for the lighting side, you can buy Venue Magic from James H on this forum which has a plug in for Virtual DJ so you can control it from there.
There is also American DJ myDMX, which is Windows/Mac based lighting software, that is easy to program and use.
thanks all
