    Default That's torn it

Well what I mean is tendons , ligaments and muscles in my knee , dont ask how , it just went , trouble is with is to much pressure on the other leg , my ankle is like a balloon.
Spent yesterday in A&E at Chichester, poked, prodded and x-rayed , couple of days off work, and with no gig this weekend, it should heal up, painful though....
Guess I`ll just take is easy , maybe listen to Danny and the juniors - at the hop....

    Cheers

Take it easy and get yourself better.

Thank the gig gods that you've got nothing on this weekend!

I’ve had torn cruciate ligaments - rest your knees as much as possible and don’t underestimate how long it takes to heal properly, think months rather than weeks.

Pretty much this. I tore my achilles tendon and was out of action for months. I also developed an unreasonable hatred towards my physiotherapist.

    WHAT.............................

I took to going to see my doctor this afternoon...................150ml of fluid drained from my knee , I have been drunk on less..

Still that has relived a fair bit of pain.

Thanks you all for your kind words above
