Default migrating a wix website onto my domain?

    Easy?

I've started building a wix site from the ground up.

When it's ready to go live is it just a case of pulling the old yahoo sitebuilder site and giving wix my domain address when it's time to publish?

I hope so because I've no clue about most of this malarkey

Yeah pretty much Jim. Though you might have a wee bit of down time and might have to unlock dns. Shouldnt be very difficult though. Only thing about wix I would check reviews with how well it works on rankings with meta and seo. Am not sure myself but I had a lot of trouble/limitations with weebly who provide the same thing as wix. WordPress seems to be the way to go with website building.

I built one of my sites using Jigsy and was quite easy to point my domain names (bought with GoDaddy) to the Jigsy site. I used Jigsy as I was one the original testers when it was called "Viviti". I signed up to a free trial which was made permanent when the service became Jigsy. It's so easy to use and set up decent sites. And pointing your own domain at the Jigsy webspace couldn't be easier. But, as has been pointed out, it could take a little while for your new DNS server settings to filter down to your new webspace.
