Default Anyone use FBT J 12A Active Speakers?

Whilst looking about for speakers quite a few places were recommending the FBT J 12A Active 12's.http://www.djanddiscostuff.com/sound...ms-p1790/s1835

Lots of reviews for other models of FBT, but none on these.

Any members on here using them or have used them?

I've heard a few FBT cabs, but I have no idea which ones. I and a few others were let's say " unimpressed " by the ones we heard. Others on here reckon they're the dog's dangly bits.
All I could say is the oft repeated mantra " Listen before you buy ".
Excalibur. Older than the average DJ.

According to a friend of mine who comes into the "Fan of FBT" category these are about £100 more expensive than his X Lite version, are uglier probably dont sound a lot different BUT are made in Italy not China which is one reason why they cost more.

    Allegedly

Thats all I know--he claims FBT are better than my sons new Active 12inch Altos --not sure--im a Birch Plywood Peavey fan myself
