    Default Video Performance Licence.

    If music video's are not covered under the ProDub Licence, then does anyone know about a Video Performance Licence.

    Not certain about videos in general. However, if you purchase your videos from Xtendamix the videos are pre-licensed for public performance.

    Extract from Xtendamix T & C's...

    Xtendamix Europe and/or its licensors license the Visuals content (whether purchased or received free of charge from a legal source) for Local/Live public performance.

    It's whether I can legally make back up copies of Mp4's that I am unsure of.
